Rapper Lil Wayne is riding high on the charts with his latest hit single How To Love but the rapper is also sitting high atop a stack of legal issues.
According to reports, Lil Wayne is being sued by another emcee who claims that the rapper stole the beat used in How To Love from him.
Rapper Rich Rick filed a lawsuit last week in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming that, between 2006 and 2009, he purchased a number of master recordings from hip-hop producers Drummer Boyz, including the acoustic-driven beat to How To Love.
