[Entertainment News] DMX Claims He Only Has $50 to His Name in Bankruptcy Papers

Hip Hop veteran DMX recently filed for bankruptcy, and claims he has only $50 to his name. According to the Wall Street Journal, X is dealing with monthly expenses that outweigh his monthly income, a sure recipe to fall into more intense debt.

In legal docs, DMX's monthly income is listed as $5,000, despite monthly expenses reaching $5,221. Included in those expenses are clothes, laundry, and dry cleaning. As bizarre as that sounds, the Yonkers rapper seems very serious. Under penalty of perjury, X swears he has no personal property of any value. That could include electronic equipment, jewelry, clothes, or cars.
Despite his strange claims, DMX is indeed up to his eyeballs in debt. He owes over $1 million in child support and over $20,000 in car payments.

"DMX's financial strains have been inhibiting his career for several years," said DMX's publicist. "Poor financial management by prior representation have caused him to be ineligible to retain a passport. The purpose of this bankruptcy filing is for reorganization so he can perform for his fans overseas. We are currently planning a tour in Europe and Africa for the fall of 2013."

[Entertainment News] Drake's Free Shirt Giveaway Causes Massive Street Brawl

As part of a promotion for Drake's Sept. 24 release of "Nothing Was the Same," the Toronto spitter set up a pop up shop in NYC's Lower East Side to hand out 500 free shirts hyping the album.

Hundreds of people lined up for hours to cop a shirt, and it didn't take long for things to go south.

Less than two hours after the store opened at 1 p.m., bystanters said a fight broke out and police were called about reports of a stabbing, reports DNA Info. Cops said they could find no evidence of a fight or stabbing.

After celebrating a joyous moment in his life and marrying his longtime girlfriend, LeBron James is mourning the death of his childhood friend "Fonzo."

The Miami Heat superstar sent out a message about his slain friend on Instagram, who was shot to death around 8:30 am on Wednesday.

Dwyane Wade's ex-wife Siovaughn Funches is back in court seeking permission from the judge to be allowed to publicly bash verbally him in the future.

They officially finalized their six-year divorce in July of this year, and Dwyane paid her a nice financial settlement as part of an agreement that Funches would comply to a gag order, which prohibits her from talking dirty about their relationship.

For some reason however, she's now filed legal documents which protest the gag order among other aspects of the settlement.

The judge working the case has yet to make a decision regarding her request.

[Entertainment News] 72-Pound Toddler Becomes Youngest to Undergo Gastric Bypass

A morbidly obese two-year-old boy from Saudi Arabia has become the youngest person ever to have undergone gastric bypass surgery. The oversized tot weighed 72.7 lbs and had a body mass index of 41 when he had the surgery in 2010.

According to the International Journal of Surgery Case Reports, the toddler's parents took him to an endocrinologist when he was 14 months old and weighed in at 46 pounds. All his tests came back normal, but after four months on a doctor-prescribed diet, the kid gained 17 more pounds. How did that happen?

"Although the parents were informed about the importance of a strict dietary regimen a full compliance cannot be ascertained mainly due to the different socio cultural habits and the absence of the practice of calculating the calorific value of the diet," the report says.

The added weight led to severe sleep apnea as well as "bowing of the legs." The tot was then referred to an obesity clinic and he gained 18 more lbs.

Doctors then made the decision to perform the surgery.
The surgery was deemed successful and the boy's weight has dropped down to 52.9 pounds.
Based on the report, it seems the child's parents didn't comply with instructions and frequently missed appointments.

Daylyt put out a blog where he claimed that he planned on seriously giving out $4 million to the crowd at Summer Madness 3.

He also addressed Smack's blog where he exposed Daylyt's financial business regarding payments he received at Summer Madness 3, but he also released this hilarious video spoofing the whole situation.

In Daylyt's blog addressing his Summer Madness finances, he filmed it while he was actually out in the park with his son.

Day's son appeared in the video briefly and it could be clearly seen that he has very curly hair.  So playing off of that image that his viewers were left with of his child, Daylyt creatively titled this song "Daylyt 500 ft daylyt sons head."

Eminem's childhood home could be yours. The house, which sits in the Greensbriar neighborhood of Detroit, was put on the auction block recently at a very affordable price.

The Detroit news says the house was owned by Deborah Mathers from 1989 until 2003. Its currently up for a modest $44,400, but thats still an increase from the last selling price in 2007--$24,650.

Eminem could easily purchase the home if he wanted to, but something tells me he'll probably keep the past behind him.

[Entertainment News] Mark Wahlberg Earns High School Diploma at Age 42

Mark Wahlberg can finally say that he's a high school graduate.
The Academy Award-nominated actor never made it past the ninth grade. "My circumstances were not unlike millions of other teens today, who live in tough working class neighborhoods surrounded by drugs, violence and crime, and who struggle to stay on the right path without positive influences," he writes on his Huffington Post blog.

"Most high school dropouts don't end up with successful careers in Hollywood," he added. "I was lucky. Compared with high school graduates, dropouts are more likely to be unemployed, in poor health, living in poverty or on public assistance."
But earning his high school diploma was always a goal, and the "Entourage" creator recently decided to attend high school online.

"For almost a year, I've been taking classes and studying any chance I could get — on the set, traveling for work and at home," he revealed. "It has been both humbling and challenging, but I'm happy to report that I am officially a high school graduate, having received my diploma this summer."

Mark now wants to help others earn their diploma too, so his charity – Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation – has teamed up with Taco Bell Foundation For Teens to help others achieve the goal.

[Entertainment News] Queens of the Stone Age Knock Jay Z Over Festival Experience

Queens of the Stone Age was just one of several groups to perform a couple of weeks ago at Jay Z's "Mae in America" festival in Philadelphia, and the band was less than happy about the experience. In an interview with CBC Radio 2′s "Strombo Show," QOTSA criticized Hov. "That guy's a kook, you know," band member Josh Homme said.

"He has his security frisking the bands on the way in."
When security asked to search his bag, Homme threatened not to play the festival. "No one's ever done that," he said. Referring to Jay Z, he said, "YOu shouldn't frisk my guys, you should f*ck off."
Homme went on to say that Jay gave the band a bottle of champagne and asked if they would pose with it for a photo. "I was like, 'That's not a gift, that's a marketing tool.' I destroyed it, 'cause I thought it was rude overall.

At one point in the interview, a thumping noise can be heard. Homme said, "This is me breaking Jay Z's gifts." "People never say anything bad about Jay Z , do they?"

[Entertainment News] Iggy Azalea Gets Candid About A$AP Rocky Split

Iggy Azalea has stayed quiet about her break up with fellow rapper A$AP Rocky until a recent interview with Complex, in which she revealed that they were both were in love, but things got complicated.

She also admits that she never regretted going public about her love for Rocky.
"I've never regretted it. I f*cking loved him. I know he loved me, too," she said when asked about her finger tat. "I felt like he was somebody I could count on who loved me for being me, and I don't want to forget that."

Speaking about her "Live, Love, A$AP" tattoo, she said, "I would sacrifice a quarter of a pinky for those memories. That's why I didn't cross it out all the way, because if I'd covered it up all the way, that says I'm embarrassed. You shouldn't be ashamed of the trials of becoming an adult. I wanted people to know I'm free for more possible love interests, but also not ashamed."

The "Work" rapper also explains where their relationship stands now, which has come a long way since they first called it quits.

"I definitely hated his guts and he hated my guts for a few months. [Laughs.] It was a legit "F*ck you!" "F*ck you!" peace out. But once you've had a few months to look at things in retrospect you realize maybe you don't hate that person, you hate whatever caused the breakup, and you both failed in the relationship," she added. "I don't call him up and have conversations and I wouldn't say Rocky is my friend, but there are times I've congratulated him on things he's achieved and he occasionally congratulates me on sh*t that he's proud of. We're cordial and I respect him, but there's a separation."

[Entertainment News] Full Math Hoffa vs Serius Jones Fight Caught on Cell Phone

Someone present at Smack/URL's Summer Madness 3 event managed to capture the fight between Math Hoffa and Serius Jones on their cell phone.  The video clearly shows Math punching Serius cleanly in the face after Serius yelled "Wooo."

For the record, Math punched Serius while he was looking right at him. Serius wasn't looking at the crowd or the women he brought on stage, although he was looking at one of his girls right beforehand.

The footage shows Serius' legs become extremely shaky after the hit, as if he was knocked out on his feet, and Math comes at him and puts both hands around his neck and pushes him back.  After this, Serius tried to grab Math and possibly may have swung back, but it's too hard to see as the people on the stage got in the way.  Serius was clearly put down on the floor as the end result of all of this.

Serius Jones previously stopped by our VladTV headquarters to share his input on the events that took place at Summer Madness 3 between him and Math Hoffa.  Jones felt as though Math sucker punched him when he was looking at the girls he brought on stage, and that it was a "sucker" move, yet the fight overall was "really light."

Math came by to speak with Battle Rap journalist Michael Hughes, following the interview with Serius Jones to speak on the situation and the results that have followed.

Hoffa was apologetic for his actions and understands that he has to own up to the repercussions regarding Smack/URL not wanting to book him for future events among fan hatred, but also reiterated the circumstances that lead to the fight.

He strongly believes that being starving for 10 hours and functioning off of alcohol, a five hour energy drink, and a chicken wing contributed greatly to him swinging on Jones.

He stated that many of the things that Jones said in his interview with VladTV were lies, but he can understand why he would be lying about what happened due to angry feelings after being hit during a battle.  Math assured his fans that this type of situation will never happen again in the future if he battles again.
