[Entertainment News] DMX Claims He Only Has $50 to His Name in Bankruptcy Papers

Hip Hop veteran DMX recently filed for bankruptcy, and claims he has only $50 to his name. According to the Wall Street Journal, X is dealing with monthly expenses that outweigh his monthly income, a sure recipe to fall into more intense debt.

In legal docs, DMX's monthly income is listed as $5,000, despite monthly expenses reaching $5,221. Included in those expenses are clothes, laundry, and dry cleaning. As bizarre as that sounds, the Yonkers rapper seems very serious. Under penalty of perjury, X swears he has no personal property of any value. That could include electronic equipment, jewelry, clothes, or cars.
Despite his strange claims, DMX is indeed up to his eyeballs in debt. He owes over $1 million in child support and over $20,000 in car payments.

"DMX's financial strains have been inhibiting his career for several years," said DMX's publicist. "Poor financial management by prior representation have caused him to be ineligible to retain a passport. The purpose of this bankruptcy filing is for reorganization so he can perform for his fans overseas. We are currently planning a tour in Europe and Africa for the fall of 2013."

[Entertainment News] Drake's Free Shirt Giveaway Causes Massive Street Brawl

As part of a promotion for Drake's Sept. 24 release of "Nothing Was the Same," the Toronto spitter set up a pop up shop in NYC's Lower East Side to hand out 500 free shirts hyping the album.

Hundreds of people lined up for hours to cop a shirt, and it didn't take long for things to go south.

Less than two hours after the store opened at 1 p.m., bystanters said a fight broke out and police were called about reports of a stabbing, reports DNA Info. Cops said they could find no evidence of a fight or stabbing.

After celebrating a joyous moment in his life and marrying his longtime girlfriend, LeBron James is mourning the death of his childhood friend "Fonzo."

The Miami Heat superstar sent out a message about his slain friend on Instagram, who was shot to death around 8:30 am on Wednesday.

"I was just with u homie. RIP my homie Fonzo! Prayers sent up to u. You're in a better place now. Rest your soul. #ViolenceIsntTheAnswer #ImHurt #SoSad."

According to several reports, Alfonso Golden was shot while driving west of East Waterloo Road in a "hail of gunfire so loud it awoke neighbors from their sleep."

[Entertainment News] Dwyane Wade's Ex Asks Judge for Right to Publicly Bash Him

Dwyane Wade's ex-wife Siovaughn Funches is back in court seeking permission from the judge to be allowed to publicly bash verbally him in the future.

They officially finalized their six-year divorce in July of this year, and Dwyane paid her a nice financial settlement as part of an agreement that Funches would comply to a gag order, which prohibits her from talking dirty about their relationship.

For some reason however, she's now filed legal documents which protest the gag order among other aspects of the settlement.

The judge working the case has yet to make a decision regarding her request.
